*VISIT PACKAGES & ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGES* WHEN BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A £10 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. This can only be refunded unless cancelled on upon ourselves. IF CANCELLED UPON A SPECIFIC TIME FRAME BEFORE YOUR BOOKING (30 DAYS), A 50% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED AND AUTOMATICALLY TAKEN VIA DIRECT DEBIT. *HOLIDAY/SEASONAL PACKAGES* WHEN BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A £5 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. This can only be refunded unless cancelled upon by ourselves. IF CANCELLED AT ANYTIME, A 50% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED AND AUTOMATICALLY TAKEN VIA DIRECT DEBIT. *EVENTS* Bookings for events are strictly non refundable. tickets may be able to be transferred to a family or friend if your plans change on the day These policies are strictly in place due to limited availability, we get bookings 3 months in advance and can lose a lot of work due to no shows/cancellations.
