Character Disclaimer

 

Happily Ever After Princesses offers characters inspired by a variety of classic children’s stories and fairytale-style themes.

Our characters are original interpretations and do not represent or portray any licensed or copyrighted characters.

 

By booking with us, you acknowledge that we do not provide licensed characters. If a licensed character is required for your event, please contact the appropriate copyright or license holder directly.

Deposits & Payments

    •    A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time.

    •    If you choose to cancel your booking, the deposit will not be refunded.

    •    All cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, depending on the notice period provided. This fee will be automatically charged via direct debit.

    •    Additional charges may apply depending on the location of your booking.

    •    All bookings must be confirmed by us. Any booking form submitted is a request only and does not guarantee availability.

    •    You will receive booking confirmation within 48 hours of submitting your request form.

    •    Once a package is booked, no changes can be made. This is due to staff scheduling, wages, and time-slot arrangements.

    •    For events requiring ticket purchases, all tickets are non-refundable if cancelled by the customer. Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by Happily Ever After Princesses.

Cancellations

 

If a booking is cancelled by the customer, the applicable cancellation fees will apply regardless of reason. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability before confirming a booking.

Customer Complaints

 

At Happily Ever After Princesses, we strive to provide a magical and high-quality experience for every client.

If you wish to raise a complaint, it must be submitted within 24 hours of the service being provided. Complaints received after this time frame cannot be investigated.

Venues

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the venue that our services will be attending the event.

Failure to notify the venue may result in us being unable to perform due to venue restrictions such as licensing, insurance, or health and safety regulations.

 

If this occurs on the day of the booking, full payment will still be required.

 

Please also note that performance routines may be adjusted if the venue is unsuitable or unsafe.

For example, bubbles may not be used if floors are slippery or unsafe.
